Created in 2007 in Bangui, Continental Finance SARL aims to contribute to the reduction of poverty in its environment, by offering entrepreneurs, whatever their size, simple solutions that can improve their performance and ensure the success and sustainability of their activities.
Initially organized into three skills centers (Audit, Business management consulting, Economic and financial study) the Firm has been enriched with two additional skills with the “Capacity Building” centers in 2011 and “Financial investment advice” in 2022.
Continental Finance is approved for the Business Edge program / Capacity building for SMEs, designed by International Finance Corporation (International Finance Corporation) subsidiary of the World Bank for the private sector. This program offers a set of training products and services in management techniques (Financial analysis, Finance management, Inventory management, Budgeting and Dashboard, etc…) specially designed for SMEs, developed by IFC and meeting international standards.
A March 2022, CONTINENTAL FINANCE SARL has been approved by the Central African Financial Market Surveillance Commission (COSUMAF), as a Financial Investment Advisor, by Decision n°COSUMAF-CIF-01/2022.
Financial investment advice is a regulated activity which aims to inform the decision of a saver or investor on carrying out transactions in transferable securities. (Stocks or Bonds). It is strictly subject to regulatory provisions guaranteeing the protection of investors and the regularity of operations in compliance with the texts which govern the operation of the CEMAC Financial Market..
